Several years ago my husband and I were on a trip to Williamsburg VA. We were almost 3 hours from home and on the second day of our mini vacation we had our vehicle start losing power. We came across Eagle Eye they quickly determined it was the alternator. The employees there were amazing!! It was repaired quickly and the price was fair. The shop is amazing, but that’s not the best part the Owner Mark and his employees are all fantastic, I will not do business with any other shop in Williamsburg or anywhere else. First class service.
Outstanding service. Very family oriented and gets the job done right. I have taken both vehicles for repairs here and they are the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend, sad to have to leave the area due to a military transfer. Hard to find a good business like this.

Eagle Eye Auto and in particular, Mark and Jason, among the others, have become a mainstay for our business and family service. They have been excellent beyond exception when doing small repairs or installing a new engine. I am grateful to them for doing a great job at the most reasonable prices anyone could expect. I can only say that since I began working with them 16 years ago I’ve never been disappointed
This used to be my go to place, and I recommended multiple people to come here, however a couple of years ago, things started changing. I was lied to, my car was not fixed after three times with the same issue, within six months, and Jason became exceedingly rude. I have now been using penninsula mobile auto repairs, and I have been happy and well taken care of ever since. It's sad when a great place goes down hill. I hope they take this to heart and make a change.
I highly recommend Mark, Jason, Ben of Eagle Eye Automotive in Williamsburg. They are fair honest and have always taken excellent care of all my vehicles. They have so much knowledge and don’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need or can’t afford. Thank you guys for always looking out for me and keeping us driving. I truly appreciate all you do!
