I own a MTP-15 lift. I have made Repeated calls to customer service and technical support ask for safety latch cable routing. There are no technical drawings to help. But I was been reassured that someone would have gotten back to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN WORSE IS THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND PARTS DEPARTMENT. I AM DISASSEMBLING MY LIFT AND GETTING RID OF IT. Never ever again with eagle lofts!!!!
