Last Saturday I got a 90 minute massage from Braden. I've been getting massages for years, so when I say that this was one of the best massages I've ever had, it's the best of probably the 100 or more I've had. I told Braden that I had soreness in my shoulders and hips. He expertly found all my trigger points in my shoulders, neck and upper arms (where I didn't even know I was tight). They got me in on very short notice and the message was exactly what I needed.
I went to Eagle Day Spa this morning for one of their detox foot baths. It was awesome - super disgusting to see all the gross stuff our bodies hold onto!!! I loved the experience and the staff - so much so that I scheduled a facial for this afternoon! They were extremely accommodating and worked with my schedule to get me in!
