The staff was extremely rude, went so far as to ask if I had enough money to pay. Headboard was cracked and peeling, no TP. Showerhead so high we couldn't reach it. Never going back. Not worth half the cost.
My room smelled like urine. There were several bobby pins on the carpet - which means it hadn’t been vacuumed. I’m sure I wasn’t allowed to do it but I had to light a candle to deal with the odor. Also, the toilet handle didn’t work. I was also disappointed to find that the arcade games cost money. I had to drive to a different building to learn this. For a place that calls itself a 3 star hotel and a resort I was extremely disappointed.
Beautiful setting, Nice spacious rooms and amenities, friendly, courteous staff.
Love Eagle Crest. It's a beautiful property. The location is convenient for exploring Redmond and Bend. Many excellent restaurants in the area and several antique shopping options.
