Been coming here since 1988. They do a nice job keeping the inside of the condos updated. We always get a canyon view and it’s quiet and beautiful. Lots for the kids to do, nice pool area, playground, bikes to rent. The pull out couch mattress is hard but that’s pretty much to be expected with any pull-out. Overall very well maintained property with plenty of activities nearby.
At check in with WorldMark (because you have to go to the 3rd floor to check in for WorldMark, with a broken elevator) was not given any information about the resort, was told that the restaurant was terrible and we shouldn’t eat there. Wasn’t told that we needed to go to the Eagle Crest front desk for pool towels. Wasn’t really told anything helpful that was needed to stay at the resort. Then we were pulled over to the concierge who was supposed to give us our wrist bands, which we were never even told what our wrist bands ... read more
