Terrible! Properties are not maintained. Rent is collected but that is all this company does. Have a broken sink? Not their problem. Rats? Not their problem. Black mold? That's coming out of your security deposit. They also charge a half months rent for brokerage fee when you move in. Why not? Keep looking.
As a homeowner, living next door in between two houses, managed by Eagle Crest, I cannot find a rating low enough. The partying is endless and they refuse to monitor these houses. Cars, taxis and strone lights have totally created an unrest in my house. Sometimes, I feel unsafe when I am alone. Something needs to be done!!!
