As a 63 year old male with all my faculties and a resident here at Eagle Crest I find it to be a very nice and clean facility caring staff and good food anyone who says anything different is obviously never been here 5 stars
The other reviews are BS this is a great business. Great people, great employees, and family owned.
This place is a joke! If you care about someone, DO NOT put them in this place. They will take all of your loved ones money and put it in their pocket. They will not buy anything the person needs. They leave them laying in their own feces. This place is disgusting! Not even suitable for an animal.
BEWARE!!! They do not care for their residents. The facility is unclean and severely run-down. They will accept residents and put them in a dirty closet claiming it is a suitable room. They do not pay attention to medical needs of their residents. They charged over $2k for the first month stay but the employees insist they are a charity organization and that they are unpaid volunteers.
