I haved live at this apartment for 2 years while I attended Ohio State. At first I thought this was an ideal apartment complex because of the setup and rent special however once I moved in I realized I would have been better off living in an expensive smaller apartment on campus. I say this because the management ignored my service request and phone calls. It took them 5 months to change a light bulb I couldnt reach. Do not look for co-operation from management.My grandaughter had auto trouble and I needed to jump start her car; in my haste I wrote down the wrong address and this was my first visit to this complex. I stopped in the office and explained the above. I was told that she could not give out that information; and that may be the policy; but she made this statement to me like she was talking to common trash and I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to; stay clear;someone in higher management needs to address her attitude.
