I have had 2 buyers land in this community, great builder and great experiences with Steven Garcia. He held my clients hands all the way through the process, a true professional. Found our home and 3 weeks later closed and moved in. Our own inspector found no structural issues - answered all our questions and worked with us well through out the entire process. We love our new home and look forward to many years here.
