Edit: We’ve been in our home for 2.5 years and our AC just failed in the middle of a triple digit heatwave. While we are outside of our warranty period with DRH the unit is still under warranty from Carrier, however they have discontinued the part we need. Carrier is now fighting the contractor on replacing the whole unit. Unfortunately this is the latest of many issues (poor drainage, poor caulking and sealing, shoddy concrete and drywall work etc). This is our first home and although we were very excited at the beginning, communicating has been so stressful. We have to follow up with same question multiple times with sales rep. Our home is still in the process of building and I am so frustrated from having to follow up multiple times. And when he does respond, it's very vague or short. Not detailed enough so we have to follow up again. Very poor communication.

I have had 2 buyers land in this community, great builder and great experiences with Steven Garcia. He held my clients hands all the way through the process, a true professional. This community sells itself, great development and great location. I will definitely be bringing more buyers to the community and hopefully will be working with Steven again!
