I'm 100% P&T DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN, if they've done this to me, imagine what they'll do to you! Everything was ok until move out. Followed contract to the T. NEVER an issue from my family VERY, VERY CLEAN Family. Following move out, I was charged $223.02 for CARPET CLEANING (no pets and carpet was horrible on move in). Followed by a charge of $808.62 to REPLACE the carpet for NORMAL WEAR and TEAR. (not from us) My entire deposit plus 1 day rent credited all stolen.
