We have lived in Eagle Creek for almost 6 years. I have to admit that Dianna Taylor is the best manager hands down. She is quick to take care the needs we have and is polite and professional. If your thinking about moving into Eagle Creek, stop by and visit with Dianna. She will do her best to take care of what you need.
This park has a HUGE stray cat problem. Dogs are frequently seen running loose thru the park. If you try to protect yourself or your own pets from these dogs, be prepared to be verbally abused and threatened by their owners. If you have pets it would be best to find another place to live.

I live in Eagle Creek and I love this community. Our manager , Dianna Barton is the Very Best manager we have ever had. I’m so happy here. I pray she continues to manage the property because she makes it feel warm and welcoming. I love yes property’s.
Great place to live here been here almost 3 years. It's quiet our neighbors are excellent.
I have to admit, after living here for 6 years and going thru numerous managers, we finally have one that goes way beyond exceptional. Diana does everything she can to make sure everyone is taken care of, even homeowners like us. Diana has really turned Eagle Creek Ranch around and is making it a great place to call home again. Thank you Diana and your team for all y’all do.
I've lived here almost 10 years and didn't have any problems at first. I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood by myself. And the properties were neat. Now the area has declined to the point I feel I may have to move. What a shame to lose good residents because there seems no concern about keeping the criminals out. I've also been disappointed with the slow response to maintenance issues. I was told several months ago that some cosmetic repairs would be done, and haven't heard a word since. I’ll admit when the new management first came in I was leery about how quickly things would get taken care of because of how chaotic everything seemed to be. However, after having had experience with them for about a year now I recant that first impression and I can say that Diana Taylor has completely restored my faith in the management and the crew.
