I’ve lived here for years and have had the best experience. The maintenance staff, super, and concierge (Rudolf, Vanessa, Alex, Esmeralda and Jonathan) all feel like family. Each unit is completely unique and many have beautiful brick walls. The hallways are awkward and quirky. Lots of character throughout the building. We loved our 2 years here. Everyone working in the building was so incredible to us. However, our fence on our roof blew down due to high winds in the city about 6 months ago. We have asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. “When the weather gets warmer” the management company would say in an email. Come to find out, they won’t be fixing it. They are trying to sell the building. Our neighbors have leaks coming into their bedrooms and the building won’t pay to fix because they are trying to sell it off anyway.
