Ina has been the only therapist I’ve had success with and gotten relief from our sessions. She’s helping me process 20+ years of trauma using different methods, and the results have been great.She changed my life and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else.
Please stay away from Eagle Counseling! Ms. Lasmane does not listen. She looks out the window over your shoulder while you speak and then tries to repeat back what you said only it's completely inaccurate. She insisted that my partner and I meet individually for couples therapy (we had wanted to meet together), presumably so she could charge us twice (unethical!). I saw Ina for several months engaging in Brainspotting therapy. As a therapist myself I found Ina to be extremely professional and skilled in her work. I found sessions to be extremely helpful to find the outcome I was seeking. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to work through difficult life experiences and wanting to do somatic work !
She is the first therapist to help me improve my daily life within the first few sessions.
