Super unprofessional, Tammy F. is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Do not recommend doing business with them.
Horrific customer service. Has taken days or weeks for some responses, but in most cases there is no response to emails, calls or texts. They increased the monthly CAM fees dramatically right after we signed our lease, with no notice or documentation, not even a phone call or explanation on the invoice. DO NOT rent a commercial property managed by this business. CEO, Cindy Winters has zero customer service. I am incredibly shocked that a CEO would have such lack of emotional intelligence. I have had but two conversations with her and am astounded by her rudeness. I can only imagine what one can expect from anyone under her leadership.
I went to the office to pay a bill, but the office door was locked. I called to tell them I was outside their door and they were gracious enough to open their door and let me pay. Thank you
