5 Star : My Experience Jacqueline went above and beyond to insure that our car was completely repaired. She even pushed back on the insurance company when they tried to deny part of the claim. She is an amazing asset to your team.
0 Star : My Experience My car was completely dirty. It was hard to notice the work done on the exterior since the car was dirty and had stains all over. The interior was dirty as well and when the car was taken in it was not dirty. The doors were smeared, steering wheel was dirty and scratched, and the seat had actual paint on it. When the guy helping us told staff to clean it they took off the top layer of the leather seat. You can see the spot they left and also feel the difference compared to the rest of the seat.
