5 Star : My Experience I decided to leave my car with Eagle Collision. David Hicks, manager, was very friendly and competent, and he personally took care of the arrangements. Gustavo , the assistant manager, with also very competent and readily informed me about procedures and timing expectations. The receptionists, Cristal and Kaitlyn were also friendly, organized and very competent. They took care of all the paperwork in record time, and even helped with a rental car.
