5 Star : My Experience Tommy Arce, my repairman, was a true professional. He updated me regularly on the repair progress. When it was completed, he informed me that everything had met his high valued standards. Tommy is a very pleasant and friendly fellow. I felt completely satisfied and rewarded him with well deserved, made only at Christmas time, my Texas Ranger cookies, which he readily shared with coworkers. I will refer anyone to him for his great service and friendliness.
