I had to repeatedly insist on getting a new headlight and he kept giving me excuses. He even insisted to polish the scratched headlight but neglected the fact I wanted a new one. After he polished the headlight he told me he went ahead and polished my other headlight (which I did not ask him to do) and told me he had done it for free.
