5 Star : My Experience Omar was assigned as my adjuster. He seriously needs to learn communication skills. David Hicks is awesome and I was able to communicate with him. Staff overall is very pleasant to deal with kind respectful. Other than taking longer than necessary but some of that was due to new vehicle and parts issue. 0 Star : My Experience As far as the work, I have no complaints, although I just got my Toyota Tacoma back today. It has been at your repair shop 54 days, I had the accident on the day after Thanksgiving "black Friday". I do not consider that to be a satisfactory amount of time. I do understand that it happened during the holidays, and I considered that but even then....come on it's January 18th.
