I had my Cadillac CTS towed to Eagle GMC due to a power steering alarm code on my dash. My vehicle was fully operational (never had any issues starting) prior to paying this dealership thousands of dollars in repairs. My Cadillac is now inoperable, and they won’t even return my call… The power steering code came up on my dash and the steering felt tight in my driveway (at low speed). This was the third new vehicle I have purchase from Eagle over the years. Doug has always helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. This time Jordan helped me with the new features on the vehicle.
