I had my Cadillac CTS towed to Eagle GMC due to a power steering alarm code on my dash. My vehicle was fully operational (never had any issues starting) prior to paying this dealership thousands of dollars in repairs. As a new person to the area, while on a weekend adventure to Lake Tenkiller, I thought it would be fun. Our 2024 Trax just froze up. We finally got a tow, and I said to take it to Tommy Nix. Yes, it was late on Saturday and Sunday they are closed. On Monday, we had a superstar Brandon Claunts. The damage meant the whole engine was going to get replaced. It would require 10 to 14 days. I would caution all prior to visiting this dealership. The offer online went up buy $6000 dollars prior to signing off on an agreement. The $2995 fee for bedliner warranty is ridiculous and not included in the price of the vehicle. The online app that they have you complete for the trade in is accurate, but when you show up to the dealership, they then offer you $3000 less again thus creating another sticker shock of an additional $6000. They charged us $450 for a battery replacekent. $ 250 for the new batter is OK - but $ 200 for labor sounds like a ripoff.

Joe Basil Chevrolet gave me one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I've ever had. I purchased a used 2022 Toyota Highlander based on promises that were made during the sales process. During the test drive, the AC was blowing hot air. I pointed it out immediately and was assured it would be completely fixed before delivery. I also pointed out two chips in the windshield and was told those would be repaired as well. Neither promise was kept. Would rate them ZERO if I could.Worst service department ever.Made an appointment for a 9:30 AM drop off but they did not even look at it until Thursday PM.Worked on truck Friday but did not bother to let me know it was done until I called them Friday at 5 PM .As far as the cost they might as well be wearing a mask because it was definitely highway robbery.I would not recommend Bill Kay Chevy to anybody,even an enemy. Stay away from all Bill Kay dealerships,I had a similar experience at Bill Kay GMC/Buick.

I had a poor experience with Butte GMC. The truck I purchased was not properly inspected or prepared for sale. At the time of the test drive and again at pickup, the vehicle was still dirty inside, had not been properly vacuumed, had visible spots that were never wiped down, and still had adhesive residue left from removed stickers.
