Motion is lotion, thus says my therapist. I agree if I want to get my activity level back to where it was previously. The ONLY way to do that is to challenge myself and move! Safe movement, by my therapist's standard, is challenging myself to walk to the point of being tired, but not hurting! Captains Log: Star Date, May 30, 2019 Week 3 of my Physical Therapy. Eric, my fabulous physical therapist, says it's the small gains I need to focus on. I keep pressing him to see if my "gains" are within normal expectations for a patient with my injuries. He assures me that everyone is different and every injury is different. Therefore, I should not have certain expectations and just take my healing as it comes.
