Very professional above and beyond service
Eagle Carpet Pros certainly ARE professional—excellent communication, availability, punctuality, reasonable prices, and most of all, our carpets look amazing! Plus Mica has a great sense of humor and pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend!!! Will definitely recommend to friends, and don’t think I’d ever consider hiring anyone else to care for our carpets.
Mica was great to work with. We had him clean the carpets and do an ozone treatment on our home prior to moving in. He’s very responsive and was great at keeping me informed of his progress as we are still moving and were not in town. He even replaced the air filter on the HVAC unit when he noticed it hadn’t been changed in quite a while and was quite dirty. He went above and beyond providing pictures and explaining the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend Mica and Eagle Carpet Pros!
