I was traveling for the weekend, and stopped in for a drop in class. Awesome gym, the coaches and members I met were great. If you’re looking to start CrossFit, or are a CF athlete looking for a workout, I highly recommend checking out Eagle Cap!
Only been a member a week but it’s been amazing so far. Looking forward to continuing attending as many classes as possible to stay in shape, but more importantly, to keep my mental health in check through strenuous exercises and being around friendly people!
