On the day I called there wasn't a receptionist or anyone dedicated to the phone lines. Having never worked with them before I didn't know which extension to use. I tried each extension (having to call back each time) and no one picked up, had to leave a message.
What I love about this printing company is that if you need to have a lot of forms printed at once, they will store them for you and replenish your supply as needed. You don't have to use your own storage at your location! This is really, really helpful for some businesses. They are also locally owned and operated and that is a big deal for me as a small business owner. Kudos guys!
Amazing customer service! Went in to get some funeral service programs printed and Bruce was able to get me pricing and a proof of the end product in that visit! I know I will continue to use them for all my printing needs.
