I scheduled what should have been a 20 minute oil change. Went in at my SCHEDULED time and was informed that they could not just do an oil change but that they needed to do an inspection, take digital photos, etc.... They told me I would need to leave my car for 2 HOURS!!! What? I had an appointment scheduled so I could get in and get out. Even when I told them all I wanted was an oil change, they refused. This would be nice to know when I called in to make the appointment. Who plans on a 2 HOUR oil change?!!! What a scam.
Beware of Rewards plan and Fake Reviews. Often time posting a 4 or 5 star review is part of the price for service. Shop does not stand behind service and adds unexpected charges at checkout.
This is a reputable and honest business and I have always had good experiences with them. Over several years of doing business with them, I have had one time that I needed to take my car back to them for something that wasn't done to my satisfaction and they did it with a smile and apologized for not getting it right the first time. That's no problem with me, no shop is perfect and I am glad I know that I can let them know if I am unhappy and they will fix the problem with a smile and no hassle. Take your car to this business at your own risk!!! There is very poor oversight of work going on at this shop, and the customer clearly comes last at this business. Will spare you the details, but suffice it to say -- this is the last auto repair shop you should consider taking your car to for work should you need any done.
