DO NOT rent from here. This place is a total scam. They will not go over the car with you when you turn it in and then charge you a cleaning fee for a regular vacuuming. They have terrible customer service as well and were offensive by just implying that I am the reason they were getting over on me. Something is off just don't rent from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. CROOKED BUSINESS. This company provides rental cars and charged us $1237 for a flat tire (with no spare provided) that left us stranded for 4 hrs and caused us to miss our flight. Company states that no flat tire was found and charged us for the tow+fees. Picture of tire being flat attached.
Apparently there is a miss-communication between Hertz and PriceLine. I was unaware they had limited milage. 450 itinerary miles and 35cents a mile after that. Not good when your headed 486 miles one way. Cancelled that reservation.
