The lady we spoke to on the phone was amazing in helping us. We get there and the same lady made us feel like we were wasting her time. The hold has still not come off our credit card, and that we weeks ago. Great cars, terrible customer service. But I guess that's just about everywhere nowadays. Sad...
It was the worst car rental service I've ever experienced. The manager accused me of denting the car after I left! And all the fees for absolutely nothing. The manager is rude and unprofessional
