Bought a Nissan Rogue from Guneet here. I had a great experience! Guneet was helpful, friendly and absolutely zero pressure. We looked at numerous vehicles and test drove 3. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Eagle Auto Mall. As part of my due diligence I took the car to my mechanic who have it a superficial once over and he pointed out a couple of minor things, and while his inspection was superficial, I liked the car and when I finished my test drive, told them I wanted to purchase the car. They sent the car to the dealer to replace the back hatch struts and they also asked the dealer to give it a once over. Dealing with the staff was a very enjoyable experience. They where willing to accommodate my schedule and help get me into the vehicle I wanted. I want to give special recognition to Mark Austin who listened to my requests with a no-nonsense no pressure approach. Since I cannot reply to your comment. I actually wanted the jeep patriot you were sneaky and sold it behind my back and didn't tell me until I came back in for an "update" and had to ask where it was. Then you showed me a car in my price range I was interested in and you gave me the paperwork to look for insurance and then oh guess what nope that doesn't work either so I then again give you another shot and same situation congratulations on your new car oh nope guess what. Great experience with the sales people and test drives. Paperwork was done quickly, and efficiently. Ran into issues with a check engine light when driving home when picking up. Took back, said it was fixed. Issue wasn't fixed, despite saying it was good. Had to take to my own mechanic to get it fixed in the end. Safety inspection was questionable as issues from safety had to be fixed less than 30 days and less than 1000km after purchase.
