Bought a car less than a month from this place, a week later my battery dies, I’m told I can’t be reimbursed, because they needed to test the battery. Hard to do when I had to buy a brand new battery, and change it myself. Then my car has a rough start to it, squeaks when it stops, and brakes sound like trash. When you have an employee yell or touch a customer, that is not ok. Maybe this place needs some people skills.
BEWARE: This business will rip you off and steal your money. My daughter in law put $200 down on a vehicle with this company, wasn't able to get the vehicle because dealership said the government is requesting info. Told them that they will not be getting a refund back of their $200. i don't even know where to start with this place they sold my fiancee a 2007 town and country van that the ac didnt work at all and then tried to charge us to fix it , the transmission went in it after about 3,000 miles were put on it, the electrical equipment fried out of it and they put rubber sealer over all the rust holes in it and repainted over it to hide it janet is super rude and totally disrespectful they knew i didnt get paid till friday and ever Wednesday id get a call being threatened that our vehicle was in repo... read more
I bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Eagle Auto Center, very easy transaction! George the salesmen got me what I wanted, offered me a great extended warranty I'm almost ready to pay my second monthly payment on it! Could not be happier!
