I made an appointment online. I received a phone call the following morning and they were able to get me into their schedule a day early which was great. That day, I received a call from Matt to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue with our gas fireplace very quickly. When I call it asked for a number, but won't register the number I'm typing and hangs up on me
We had Nick out to look at our Samsung dryer. He had an idea from my description of several possibilities for what might be wrong, and quickly identified and resolved the issue once he got the dryer opened up. Bonus stars if I could for how he handled the questions from my youngest child - he was friendly but didn't let it slow him down. I'll be keeping Cody's in my contacts for any future repairs!
I have been in my home for 4 years now and wanted to get the gas fireplace checked out and serviced. The flame was low, and it would take about 30 seconds to turn on. I called Cody's on a recommendation from my neighbor. Matt came over and did an inspection. Thankfully, it only needed a good cleaning and removed carbon build-up on the flame sensor.
