Best gym in the area!! I joined here 2.5 years ago when I first moved to the area and have never looked back! Everyone welcomed me with open arms and I felt instantly included. Coaching is exceptional and their emphasis on technique has truly elevated my skills and lifts. Doug always takes time out of coaching to help with any additional goals / give extra skill work to do and is extremely knowledgeable with all things CrossFit / fitness! I love bringing friends and family here - they all also love it! Highly recommend!
I’ve been training at CFEA for about seven months now and I feel so much stronger with a functional body that helps me a lot in my work as a firefighter. All thanks to the incredible coaches.
