Extremely pleased with not only the product, but the service. From estimate with Dylan to install, the process was easy and there were knowledgeable individuals throughout the project. Colden and Wyatt were assigned to install our new system and they were excellent workers. They answered questions and respected my house and pets. I am also thrilled with how the units look inside and out—very professional install, highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade your old heat/air conditioning that you choose Eagle Air!
We have been dealing with another company with our heating system. This had been going on for over 5 years and 3 different furnaces. The last new furnace was put in and several days later we had no heat , no hot water and it was just awful. Eagle Air Service came in and had this furnace up and running in no time at all. Very intelligent, compassionate and knowledgeable on heating systems. I would not hesitate to call them for any HVAC repair.
Great expertise. A couple minor startup issues each of which were each addressed in a timely way. All techs were professional and easy to work with. I have used Eagle Air for service for around 15 years and the current owner was a tech years prior. I believe pricing was reasonable but really didn't shop to compare.
Huge shoutout to Colden and Wyatt from Eagle Air! They replaced our furnace on a brutally cold day when our house was literally freezing and did an amazing job. Friendly, professional, confident, and efficient… top-notch service from start to finish!
I’ve had a service contract for years. They schedule a check in every spring and fall. This gives me peace of mind. When they arrive, they are thorough and quick. (And he was so kind to my dog who just had to say hello.) When I had to replace my water heater several years back, they were quick and reasonable in pricing.
