How do I get a hold of someone?? I’ve called and am directed by pressing 1 to enter the 1st 3 letters of last name. Then it tells me they don’t have anyone with that name???? They sent me a letter. I can’t get ahold of anyone.

Horrible Experience. Brownsburg, IN Fire and Rescue uses this group. I have been trying for over 2 years to settle an ambulance bill. They are the most inhumane people I have had to deal with. Even tough I told them the insurance reimbursement check was lost in the mail, they started charging me extra fees for being late and for interest to the amount of $485+ dollars. Paid my MEDICAL debt to them in full ($115) when getting paperwork in the mail from the courts. They are still taking me to court and stating I owe $563 because of court costs, mind you we haven't gone to court and they could easily file to dismiss this case, but won't.

I have no knowledge of this company. Never received any mail . I do believe they may have called 1 time.. I was unable to answer and no message was left.
