So they call you and when you answer you have to call them back..like why..then when you call back they are rude and love to correct you..for example the anesthesiologist that did my daughter's surgery is trying to collect more money from what I already paid..when I told the woman that answered that I paid the doctor she felt the need to correct me because the isn't a doctor..haha yea they can be and are..I have since contacted the anesthesiologist that supposedly sent me to collections and they're at a loss since my balance... read more
They filed to sue my husband in small claims court but he has no idea of what is owed since he never got a letter. Plus they sent the summons to our old address. Hope they didnt scare the new owner off.
Never received any mail, when you call to try and figure out what it’s about you can’t. Whoever calls doesn’t leave their last name and without that you can’t get thru the automated menu. These people are liars absolute idiots!!!!
How do I get a hold of someone?? I’ve called and am directed by pressing 1 to enter the 1st 3 letters of last name. Then it tells me they don’t have anyone with that name???? They sent me a letter. I can’t get ahold of anyone.
