We decided to go to this mechanic because of the brand of the car. Initially a loan vehicle was promised, however when we arrived this was not the case. Further to this, the phone price agreed was not met. When we went to recieve the car, we were charged a whopping $380 total for, wheel alignment, light bulb change and change of engine oil. This place over-charges for simple services. Please avoid, Will not come again.
I put my Holden Cruze into Eagers Holden Albion for its annual service. The customer service received from Grant Kirton was exceptional. He is a great asset to Eagers Holden Service as his ability to deal with customers in a pleasant and effective way is exceptional.
Really poor customer service. Almost impossible to get a call back regarding parts, constantly told they will call me back, never happens. Even after requesting service manager call back from the auto text post service. I only went back here to organise a replacement part under warranty, which resulted in me being told on the day of service that the part wasn't available, which I'd taken the day off work to organise. Poor service Even poorer communication I've been waiting to get a part replaced under warranty since October last year (13 months now, still waiting). I call at least monthly and never talk to the same person twice. I'm repeatedly told on the phone that they will call me back shortly with a resolution, but this never happens. It's just another big business that churns through bulk customers without any care or concern. I will be going elsewhere next time
I spoke with Marie on a number of occasions about some parts for my new BRZ and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parts were quite a bit cheaper than I was expecting so that was nice too. I have been very happy with all my interactions with all staff at this business centre but Marie really stands out when it comes to customer service excellence. I have no doubt anyone will have the same experience. Thanks Marie!
