Needed a part as soon as possible. Called the parts department and they told me what I needed, and they got it to me as quick as possible. Amazing customer service! Would highly recommend to call them for any issues or questions you may have. Very smart and professional people!

EB is the only trailer I have ever had to break and it was never even loaded to capacity. Factory told me to pound sand. Insurance company had the trailer inspected and lower than advertised steel quality was used and the welds barely had any penetration. We have hired an attorney.
