Realiable and good prices I brought in a list of what I was looking for in a computer, and the helpfull staff made a few suggestions, then built my computer for me. They even kept my computer in thier backroom when financial difficulties arose for me, and held on to it untill I could pay instead of selling it to someone else. customer I recently have used their computer repair service and am very satisfied with the work done and the friendliness and professioinalism with which my problem was solved. I would recommend them to anyone. This is twice I have used them now and feel confident recommending them.

Helpful and honest people I have been buying both new and used parts from this company since the mid 1990's and have always had good service and no problems with any of the hardware. I have bought everything from memory chips to motherboards and cases and power supplies and they have always given good advice and service. I have dealt with some other similar businesses in the Spokane area and have cheated and ripped off big time, but these people have been honest and helpful and knowledgeable.

EAGER TO JIP YOU BEAVER This place is a joke...brought a new computer in for a "blue screen problem" after a week, and numerous calls to them nothing was done. when i called and the tech was not avaiable to talk i always asked to have a callback. it was NEVER done. I had to pry info from him of which there was little to none. Finally needing my computer for business , I decided to pick it up and bring it else where. Eager Beaver Shines When The Chips Are Down I took a Dell XPS in to them to have the faulty power supply replaced. They recognized the case and knew the computer to be a problem right away... a lot of failures on it... they surmised it was largely due to the fan blowing across the hot processor and on to the cooler portion of the motherboard. Never go here. go somewhere else. anywhere...!!!! very old people with no experience with computers. cost me $450 to learn they are not responsible business people. took my business computer somewhere else.

Horrible customer service This is the worst treatment I have ever been exposed to. Called to ask if they could help me look at a notebook computer to evaluate its condition, the person was rude, short and told that they couldn't since they wasn't invoved with the computer from the beginnig? And hung up on me while talking! I called back, asked again then they told me that they didn't do notebooks! Would have been helpful to know in the first phonecall. Very rude people.

Horrible service This place is a joke. Walked in the doors, noone even acknowledges you because they're too busy playing their computer games. Told me they could fix my laptop by adding new hard drive. Gave me no estimate on timeframe. I call back 10 days later, said they hadn't got to it yet, but would call me when it's done. No call.. I call again 2 weeks later, said they were still working on it, would call when they're done. I go in 3 weeks later, still not done with computer, but said getting close.
