Chris was very knowledgeable of the Old Louisville area and was very helpful with contacts when problems arose. He was very persistent and on top of things, and I think his price setting in the market was spot on. I enjoyed seeing his breakdowns of the numbers throughout the process as well, this was very helpful and easy to comprehend
