The Eagans have three decades of experience and it shows. We have both sold and bought a house with them here in Louisville. They even attempted to help us find a rental. They deftly maneuver through and truly understand their clients’ needs and desires. They are extremely responsive and attentive and work hard for you.

Fantastic. Everything went so smoothly and was handled so professionally. Also, Chris and his wife Allison even picked up, brought over, and helped me hang a mirror that looked great for potential buyers. House sold immediately for over asking. This is my second time working with Eagan Realty, and I very highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!
The best experience with Chris buying our first home!! He’s extremely patient and kind. Was always in our corner and kept us well informed. Would recommend him to anyone, especially first home buyers!!
Chris and his team are very thorough and efficient, we had a great experience buying our first home through Eagan Realty.
