I found it very respectful and caring towards both the property owner and tenants. Hanna knows her professional role well and is calm, friendly and very organized. Reassuring to do business with someone who copes with pressure while keeping a positive and practical outlook.
My property manager and the team were always a phone call, text or e-mail away and always responsive whenever I needed them. They made it easy if any issues came up and I appreciated having one dedicated person to reach out to on my house. If they did an inspection or other work was done on my house, you'd get a report back right after. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent too. They were great to work with.
The manager is the best I have talked to or worked with in Eagan ,MN. He is an absolute professional that exceeded my expectations in the house buying process! he was helpful and patient when I had any questions, and she stood by me when I had to fire my mortgage broker - even suggesting a few replacements who, the one I went with was fantastic! he negotiated excellent deals for me, and was savvy about the in's and out's of the options available and ultimately landed me a beautiful home! I would recommend Eagan Property Management By J & J to anyone looking for a property manager. It's a company you can trust and they get back to you right away whenever you contact them. I hired SureWay when I was having tenant trouble. They took care of my tenant issues and they were able to get a quality renter in without any issues. I can't say enough about this company!!
