I called and scheduled for him to come out and do the delta package, to which he said I had to prepay a percentage, so I Venmo'd him $56. Then he never showed up, no call, no text. I tried calling him multiple times and texted him with no response. Eventually had to get someone else to do the job. **UPDATE** Matt called me later in the day and explained he lost everything on his phone and was very sorry. Said he would issue a refund and I said I would give him another shot in the future.

Eady's Mobile Detailing came to my home and detailed my truck. I was overall pleased with it but after he convinced me to join his customer loyalty program he has apparently ghosted me. I paid the money about a week after he did my truck. I was to get 2 cleanings for the month of January. I understand things happen and I excused him for that.
