Michelle and her team are so processed! This is important because the clients never have to guess what will be done. The details down to the little things make the space beautiful. They are great referral partners and community partners.
Never hired them for anything but my boyfriend and I were doing a u-turn when one of their cars ran a red light and about hit us (our light was green) then they proceeded to swerve in and out of their lane. Very Important for all of you guys, don’t waste your money with this professional company! “Scammers” Can’t trust what this business listed about all the job description!!! Completely unreliable. When they decide to show up, they generally do a fine job. But they have not shown up on the scheduled date since September 2024. We are scheduled to have the house cleaned every 4 weeks, but this has only happened 3 times in the past 13 months. After canceling their scheduled clean before Easter, they came 7 weeks after the last cleaning and only cleaned half of the house. I just had a cleaning from Patrerse and her team. They were very thorough and attended to all details in cleaning upstairs and down. All members of the team are very friendly and responsive to any request. And they are quite diligent in communicating when they will arrive and when they are leaving. It is always so nice to have a very clean house after they have been here to clean.
