Called for a quote on my backyard, spoke w the older gentleman who told me he’d give my info to his son. The next day Nathan called asked me some questions about what I wanted scheduled an appointment to come do estimate, no showed said he forgot. I called back they sent out another gentleman who told me numerous times that he don’t usually do this type work, he does larger commercial jobs like for the schools.
