RecommendedThe service as EADS is always great! The gentlemen take their time to explain what is needed and I never feel pressured to have more done to my vehicle than what I bring it in for. Terry has always been so helpful with any problems I have had, especially when my husband was deployed. He has followed up to make sure the service received is working.

Today I awoke to a flat tire and was unable to get to the shop. I called Terry and explained what was going on. I have purchased tires from him and done other business in the past. I live in close proximity to the business, so he sent Eric to my house to take the tire off, take it to the shop and patch it, then bring it back and put it on my vehicle. The people at Eads took great care of my car & fixed the issue quickly, even saved us upwards of a couple grand for a part we were told was messed up that Eads was able to tell us was in fact NOT broken. Their customer service is above and beyond. I’ve never had an automotive service text the next day to make sure there weren’t any issues after having picked up my car. After 25 years doing business with Terry it's so nice to see that some things in Cabot have not changed. The service, attention to detail, commitment to earn and keep your trust and the willingness to go the extra mile are what makes Eads so great.
