I was loyal to Wally for years when I lived in Melbourne and yet am now beyond disappointed. I travelled from Northern Queensland to Melbourne to pick up furniture. I called Wally to let him know that the vechile we were bringing down needed the air conditioning under the dash fixed. That we already knew it was a half or full dash job. NOT just a regas. Well I'm back in Queensland without air conditioning. I am beyond upset and angry.
