Hopeless team, refer me to dopey clinic in the shopping mall to be access for flu shop and told me is under each so confusing, there never a gp and a each inside the shopping mall. Wasted my time, just wasted my effort to find parking under the rain. Wasted my phone call time as well.

I am extremely concerned about the supervised visit at the Ringwood centre involving my daughter. From the moment she was taken into the supervised room, my child was in extreme distress, crying and screaming continuously. There was no visible or effective intervention to comfort, settle, or support her emotional wellbeing during this time. As a parent, hearing my child in that level of distress without any appropriate response was deeply alarming. Feels like this company makes my life harder in ways and making it somewhat easy. Preferably I'd rather not have this company involved in my life - it's not for everyone this company. I was approached to be apart of this company (even though I'm not) for raising a valid complaint.
