Aaron was a great help.
Danielle was an amazing manager and landlord! She helped me and my family get in quickly and was always very understanding. I’ve had my fair share of interactions with other management companies and EA is the best by far!! If you’re looking for someone to manage your home or a place to rent, you will never go wrong with this company.
This was my first time renting alone and the whole move-in process was an absolute nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding this property management company at all costs. Everyone at every level is inconsiderate and incompetent. My “move-in ready” apartment had no hot water for almost 6 days, during which time I stopped hearing from my landlord (because he was “traveling”) for two whole days with no updates on when someone would be coming. At the very least I would have appreciated communication so I could plan. The worst part... read more
