This is truly the most unprofessional, rude and inattentive management company. I submitted an order for no heat on January 2, 2025, a few days later, still no heat, on January 8, 2025 I asked for an update (at this point it was snowing) Abby who is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Horrible service. I submitted a maintenance request for the hot water heater and here we are almost a week later and NO hot water. They do not return calls.
I have been trying to get in contact with somebody about renewing my lease for 3 weeks now. My lease is up in 1 week. I have tried the portal, phone call, text and email. I have got no response. This property is for Hailey and Dillon Walsh. Somebody please contact me.
Great property management company! Ever since they’ve taken over management of my apartment it’s been great amazing service and very very good Customer service! They have a variety of apartments on their website for rent. I suggest that you check into them and you talk with Karl he is a very skilled and a nice man!
