This was my first time renting alone and the whole move-in process was an absolute nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding this property management company at all costs. Everyone at every level is inconsiderate and incompetent. My “move-in ready” apartment had no hot water for almost 6 days, during which time I stopped hearing from my landlord (because he was “traveling”) for two whole days with no updates on when someone would be coming.
