This is truly the most unprofessional, rude and inattentive management company. I submitted an order for no heat on January 2, 2025, a few days later, still no heat, on January 8, 2025 I asked for an update (at this point it was snowing) Abby who is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Stated she will arrange for a portable heater to be dropped off later that day. At 4:50pm I reached out because I still had no heat, no portable heater, and it was freezing! Horrible service. I submitted a maintenance request for the hot water heater and here we are almost a week later and NO hot water. They do not return calls.
