I’ve always had really good experiences at this office, so this review isn’t about the office as a whole. I also want to make it clear this is not about our usual nurse, Desiree Fisher. She has always been so kind, patient, and caring with both me and my daughter. Every visit with her has been wonderful. Today’s visit was just completely different. Lied about my medication refill made me drive up here and did not give me a call saying that they would not refill my medication. That is not OK especially when somebody is not feeling well. It’s not OK. Very bad management people in the office are nice but CEO needs to tell the patient that they’re not going to do what they promised they were gonna do before somebody drive up here.
I have a wonderful primary care doctor and nurse at the Romney location. All of staff are immensely helpful and kind. I worked with the front desk staff, billing, referral staff and lab staff and everyone is amazing. I'm very happy with my care so far.
This office never disappoints. Kerri Combs is by far the best PCP I have ever had! She listens, she cares and she makes things happen. I’ve struggled for years with different things and she leaves no stone unturned. Tori Veach is amazing also. My son sees her and she is great! The compassion is felt which is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend this office to anyone in search of a PCP for yourself or your children!
