I have been on the search for a therapist who can truely give me a deep tissue massage. I have finally found one at E5 Day Spa who is consistent and extremely knowledgeable in sports injury and trigger point techniques.

Mark is a phenomenal massage therapist. I understand why a lot of people refer to him as a healer. He has a calming personality and some really amazing techniques. Both he and Shaye take a lot of pride in their work. I'm happy I found their spa.
Lovely little spa, next time I'm there I'm definitely going to spend a little time in the infrared sauna before my massage. My masseuse Mark was excellent! I requested deep (and i mean DEEP!) tissue, and unlike most who just don't quite get there, he dug deep, but also included quite a bit of shiatsu movements to round it out. They have two masseuses, an aesthetician, infrared sauna on site, and the facilities are pleasing and calming. see ya next time Mark!
I broke my back, had an 11-hour surgery and will never be completely normal. Massage Therapist Shaye at Element 5 is my all-time favorite pain reliever. Shaye is intuitive and knows just where the pain is...she goes after it and I get relief that lasts for days.
Mark is one of the best therapists I've encountered, and being a massage therapist myself, that is saying something.
If you're in the Denver Colorado area and need a massage. I recommend Mark Komnick of Element 5 massage is the best massage therapist. He manipulates and loosens your muscles. He has amazing technique. I lived in Germany for over 10 yrs I've tried to find someone here I could never find anyone who could do what he can do! Mark your the best.
