Stay away! They were the contractor for the builder that built our home. Customer service was always horrible, but it has gone to new heights now. Can't get a hold of anyone live other than an answering service.

Recently, I got my new build home prewired with e4, they were referred to me by Trumark Homes. I agreed for them to prewire my home for security and cameras thinking the cameras would be installed as well to find out they try and sell you the very (unnecessary) expensive camera equipment. Very shady sales tactics. Watch out for these snakes, especially David Samson (sales guy at e4). I would not give these crooks a dime. I am in disbelief that Tollbrother would do business with them and I will be filing a formal complaint to Tollbrother. I am also in process of seeking legal action against them for breach of contract.
Not good. The solutions (Audio Anyway) they offer are last resort and if your wife or husband refuses to allow exposed/visible stereo equipment. At least that's my situation so I did not do my due diligence and discover what I was buying when I folded this audio package in to my home purchase. It's klugee, complex and you can't really just DO what you want to do. It's all programmed by them and serviced by them. So, plug in a new source and listen to that source over the recessed speakers?
