One of the worst businesses we've every dealt with. No communication whatsoever, trying to get a call returned or an email even looked at is impossible, the owner opened exactly ZERO emails. Then when they finally showed the techs seemed clueless and had to call the vendors to figure out what they were doing. 3 months. Countless Trips. Even more excuses for why they could not complete the job correctly. The owner abjectly refuses to return calls. Makes promises and never comes close to delivering. The technicians, on every trip, had to call the manufacturer for instructions on how to install the units. The last straw?
