I just want to thank Joanna Leitch for coordinating our OAE screener calibration here in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was very professional throughout the entire process in our email communications and was always helpful. Joey Greiner has also done an excellent job with calibrating our OAE screeners. He has always been very professional as well and easy to get along with. Both are great workers who represent your company well.
Jo Anna was very helpful in setting up our appointment, sending us a quote right away, and reconfirming the appt a week before. She is always so friendly and professional. Our tech, Joey, arrived on time and worked efficiently to service all of our equipment. He also sent me a follow-up email with the calibration sheets, including the condition report for his visit. We look forward to our continued business relationship!
