I normally don’t leave reviews, but be careful if purchasing a property made by this company. I’ve had my new build for a little over a year and it’s been one faulty installation issue after another. My roof moulding didn’t hold up in a simple rain storm. And my windows have shattered from a lack of attention to detail when placing the glass. Save your money, grief, and time. Look elsewhere.

A long story and over 5 years of disrespectful contractors and employees acting like they are the first people to make value in north nashville. They litter constantly, block roads improperly, insult and ignore those who ask them to fix it. Park and drive on peoples lawns and then yell at those people. If all you care about is money I highly recommend but if you want quality and neighborly conduct I would not.

Built for speed and appearances not for quality. After a few months you will start to realize handrails aren’t drilled into studs. Baseboards aren’t attached appropriately. HVAC not installed correctly. Etc . General contractor is nice but the subs are terrible. If the house didn’t look good it would be less than 3 stars.
